Are you considering selling your home in the near future and want an accurate, detailed, and clear-cut home evaluation? In that case, we will meet in person, and I will thoroughly inspect your house from top to bottom. With the information gathered during our visit, I will perform a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). This analysis will help me evaluate which properties have recently sold in your area that are most similar to yours. I will then compile a detailed package that includes your suggested home price, recently sold comparable properties and other pertinent information. You will have the option to receive a printed version, which we can review together in person, or an emailed version, which you can review on your own and follow up with any questions. This service is of no charge.
